This short list of Premium Tubes compiled from 6DJ8/ECC88 category represents some of the best tubes that we carry. CAUTION: There is no implication that these tubes will “sound” the best in your setup, to your ears. We cannot guarantee “sound”. Nobody can. For example, you may very well find that a cheaper Tungsram or Tesla etc. works better for you than some of these expensive tubes. Next grade up from ECC88/6DJ8, 6922/E88CC and 7308/E188CC are rated for higher voltage and dissipation than 130V/1.8W for ECC88/6DJ8. Designed for longer life, low noise and lower microphonics, these can be used for all ECC88/6DJ8 applications. Ratings are: 6922 E88CC E88CC_01 CV2492 CV2493(220/1.8W) and 7308 E188CC CV4108 CV4110 CV4109(250/2.0W)
