How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

Returns and Warranty

Tube Condition:
We guarantee all tubes for Authenticity and Quality. New Old Stock (NOS) is a term often abused online for used or like-new tubes. Tubes that we describe, as “NOS” are tubes with no socket time except for testing on our equipment. All other tubes will be listed as Like New or Used depending upon the condition and amount of use.

All tubes are tested and matched on at least one of the following top of the line and regularly calibrated tube testers, including: the Hickok 580 Lab Grade Tester, or the Hickok 600A/6000 tube tester, or the Hickok 800 Dynamic Mutual Conductance tube tester. Where described, some tubes may be pre-tested by our sources on AVO (British), Hickok 539C, Hickok 752, TV-7DU and Funke (West German) testers.

Sound:
We cannot guarantee “sound” of specific tubes. We can only vouch for the electrical properties. How a tube sounds is a function of the system synergy, acoustics and personal preferences etc. The same tube can sound different in different systems. Any reviews of tubes on our site or on other on-line forums are observations of one person based on their system and personal preferences. There is no such thing as the best tube in any category. However, there are tubes that can be regarded as more desirable than others.

Microphonics:
Just like the “Sound” above, there is no one foolproof test for microphonics. The same tube can be microphonic in one setup and work perfectly in another. If the tubes are microphonic and unusable in your system, we may, at our discretion, either choose to replace it or offer store credit on case-by-case basis.

Tubes will be replaced ONLY for electrical faults. Please, no tube rolling at our expense.

If there is a problem with your tubes, please e-mail us with details of your purchase.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped.
