Tungsram made some of the finer tubes in Eastern Europe due to its exposure to subsidiaries in Gt. Britain and Austria. Awesome tone for Guitar Amps and great for Audio. Labels are fragile and not perfect as shown in the picture.

NOTE: Those are NOT burn marks on the tubes. This flashing pattern is peculiar to Tungsram EL84's. Also, the flashing pattern varies within tubes from the same batch/date code. It is normal.

Tested and matched on Top of the Line Calibrated Hickok 580 Lab Grade Tester recently calibrated by late Chris Haedt. 65%=7000 mmhos for EL84/6BQ5 on this tester.
