Brand new, MINT NOS Mid 1960s-1970s Original TESLA EL84 Hex Plate tubes with Imperfect Getter Flash. No label OEM Rožnov production from former Czechoslovakia. Construction is very similar to the Philips plate design. Repacked in generic white boxes from bulk. Tubes have no markings. These were produced as OEM product for other companies and military.
- Getter pattern and size can vary between tubes even from the same batch of 100 lots.
- Tubes may have amber colored stray flashing on the glass. It is normal.
- Some tubes may have lopsided getter if the getter ring is inclined versus horizontal.
Some tubes have no fins design from mid 1960s in a style similar to
early Valvo EL84 as shown in the picture. Pairs/Quads will be matched according to the fins/no fin types.
Siemens, Telefunken, Valvo and many others relabeled Tesla tubes in late 70s - 80s. Excellent tube for Guitar and Audio applications. Tested and matched on Top of the Line Calibrated
Hickok 580 Lab Grade Tester recently calibrated by late Chris Haedt. Minimum 65% = 7000 mmhos for EL84 on this tester.
