Stuttgart German made Lorenz tubes are rather obscure like Valvo Hamburg made tubes. Most Lorenz label tube types in the market are from E. European makers (Tesla, RFT, Ei, Tungsram etc.) or W. European makers (Siemens, Telefunken and Philips Etc.).

PCC88/7DJ8 is pin compatible with 6DJ8/ECC88 except that it has 7V heater. Consult your amp/gear maker before trying these or post a question on Tubes Asylum. MINT NOS PCC88 7DJ8 Lorenz Stuttgart tubes with Gray Shield OEM NO LABEL with Getter Ring Fused with Splatter Shield Construction. Made in Germany. Tubes have typical Lorenz etched brown codes on the glass. From the red dot on the bottom and from the tight scores, it seems that this batch was either tested/selected at the factory or by some stockist. Stray flashing on the lower half and bottom of the glass is normal. In generic white boxes from bulk.
Only difference from Item 1054 is that the getter ring is welded directly on the very top of the splatter shield cutouts or notches. Clever technique that gives halo getter 2 supports. Flashing pattern is big and deep in this version. Sonically, we cant tell the difference between 1054 and this version. In our opinion, these tubes are in the same league if not better than the Telefunkens sonically. However, we cannot guarantee same results in your system to your ears.
