These GZ34's were manufactured by BEL (one of the Philips/Mullard OEM plants in India) in 1970s from British and US components (see USA on the base and hole in the center pin). These are one of a kind, hard to get tubes. These tubes are based on GE 5AR4, as BEL had started collaboration with GE also. Click here to read about BEL. Tubes are MINT, unused, NOS/NIB.

Tested and matched on 800 Mutual Dynamic Conductance Tester.

Price = $60 per tube.

Hey guys , these's tubes walk all over new- current products from Russia & China! For life-span and U.S.A sound quailty , they will pay off in the long-haul. And would be a great stocking-stuffer for the tube-sound lovers ! david..NC..

Fantastic Rectifier	March 1, 2008

I'm new to tubes as I took delivery not to long ago of an Eastern Electric M520 integrated amp - my first. In any event, it wasn't until I installed these BEL rectifiers that my amp really began to sing. Not only are they musical through the midrange and treble, but their fit an finish is excellent. They fit really snug into my sockets. Can't say that for the new production JJ rectifiers these replaced. I decided today that as long as I can afford NOS, that's the way I'm going. Highly recommended!! Update 3/1/08: Wow, now that I've given them a chance to burn in, I can actually listen to piano notes again!! Gone is the edge and glare associated with these notes through my system. And they say rectifiers aren't suppose to matter!
